A café changes what one street drinks. It doesn't change what a farmer in Chipinge earns — and that was the point of starting.
So we closed it, and put the time into the part that actually moves the number.
We know. Very minimal. Very Swiss. Very lots-of-white-space.
That's the packaging talking. The inner Swiss, the crema on top of the shot.
Stir it in and you'll find we're still African — and like any espresso, it tastes better once it stops looking perfect.
