The Hario Switch is a V60 and an immersion brewer in one. Close the lever and the glass cone holds water like a steeping vessel. Open it and it drains through the paper filter exactly like a standard V60.
That gives you three brews from one device: full immersion for a heavier, sweeter cup, standard percolation for clarity, or a hybrid — steep first, then release.
