Grinding fresh is the single biggest upgrade most people can make to their coffee, and the Molino makes it straightforward.
It uses stainless steel discs rather than blades, so the grounds come out evenly sized — which is what keeps extraction even and stops a brew tasting both bitter and sour at once. Seventeen settings take you from fine espresso powder through to the coarse grind a French press needs, with filter and pour-over in between.
A separate dial sets how many cups you're grinding for, and the ground coffee collects in a removable transparent container so you can see exactly what you have.
