Shipping & returns

When will my coffee ship?

We roast once a week and ship within a few working days of roasting, so your beans arrive fresh. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and paid by the recipient.

Returns

Coffee is roasted to order, so it can't be returned once shipped. Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Just message us first. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
