Terms & Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on zimm.coffee. The seller is Zimkaffee Switzerland GmbH, Imbisbühlstrasse 93, 8049 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-188.748.109).
2. Contract
Product presentations on the website are not binding offers. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and currency
Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are converted at current exchange rates for your convenience. The binding amount and currency are those shown on the Payrexx payment page before you pay. Prices include Swiss VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country may apply and are borne by the customer.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs a flat $18.50 per order and is free for orders with a value of more than $150.00 (after discounts). Coffee is roasted weekly and usually dispatched within a few working days of roasting. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Payrexx AG. Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. We do not store your card details.
6. Returns
Because coffee is a perishable, food product roasted to order, coffee cannot be returned once shipped. Unused equipment (e.g. moka pots, grinders) in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery; please contact us first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund.
8. Warranty
For equipment, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Statutory warranty rights remain reserved where mandatory.
9. Data protection
See our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
